Machine Rental and Sale
We provide excavators, bulldozers, trucks, graders as well as many other heavy machinery for rental and sale. Most of our machinery are sourced from the United States of America and through our network of experience team in that country, we are able to find whatever machine you may need.
Through our sister company Ghana Journeys, www.ghanajourneys.com, we provide excellent car rental and sale service to clients such as Anglogold.
Lowboy Service
African Heavy Machinery Services has an efficient lowboy service that can deliver machinery and equipment to anywhere in Ghana and every country in the West African Sub-Region, on-time and in the same condition as at the time of pick up. Most of our drivers speak multiple languages and have had many years of experience in travelling across boarders in the sub-region. Our drives have had many years of experience in working with reputable companies such as Africa Mining Services (AMS) and Boart Long Year.
All AHMS' trucks have both comprehensive insurance as well as Goods in Transit insurance. This means not only would our truck be paid for in case there is an accident while transporting your machine, any damage caused to your machine would be fully paid for by our insurance.
Our fleet includes both 60 tons and 80 tons lowboys.
Repairs and Maintenance
AHMS has a three-acre secured yard with a workshop situated on it. With our local but very knowledgeable and experienced diesel mechanics, welders, electricians and fabricators, we are able to carry out repairs at a very reduced cost.
Our service department is available to attend to breakdowns immediately, and would work on machines both on and off our yard, on both our own machines and others with different ownership.
Geological Services
African Heavy Machinery Services Limited in conjunction with its sister company Alma Mining Limited and affiliate Integrated Environmental Resources Management Services (IERMS) provide geological and metallurgical advise to our clients in both the small and larger scale mining industries. Such services are available to all and are most beneficial to clients who are new and are entering into the industry in West Africa for the first time
